The deli here is great! The chicken ceasar salad has no croutons on it to get soggy. They ask you if you want them separately. I don't, so they save a couple pennies. They slice to order and recommend things when asked. Thank you!
My go to Jewel and will come out of my way to come here. Great stock and employees are so helpful and kind! Had a sweet young man named Abdullah help me in the produce section one evening and even assisted me with my groceries on the way out. He was professional and very polite and saw my struggling with two kids and bags. Thank you for being so attentive and wonderful Abdullah! Store is always clean and being stocked. I love the service here anytime of the day!
Prompt service cashiering reloads of its max Lottery lines alittle crowded and slow to serve. Even though I found coming to the location odd without being somewhere I could get new items in the gift card aisle which is the best by far. Great food awesome prices.
For a Jewel this one is good! It doesn't have any of the weird confusing layout issues the Mariano's on 143rd does. It is well stocked and they carry a lot of the foreign groceries I like and I haven't had any trouble walking right in and finding what I need. There's a Western Union if I need a money order, they have a coinstar, etc. The store seems clean to me and since I tend to go late I've never had issues with long lines. The store is open until midnight, which is really good to have.
This is a nice Jewel store Convinent location and easy access to and from 159th street. Clean and pleasant place to shop.
